"Ruby Fulcher, 71, of 849 W. H St., Colton, died Tuesday in a Rialto convalescent center.
She was a native of Missouri and had lived in Colton and San Bernardino County four years and in California for 65 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Colton.
Survivors include her brother, Arand Clem of Missouri, and several nieces and nephews.
