Mr. Hale, 75 years old, died Wednesday at his home. He was born Mar. 24, 1917, at Charleston, the son of Dines and Nellie Perkins Hale.
He and Maxine Jones were married on Oct. 5, 1940, at Benton, Mo.
He was a retired truck driver.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Roger and Rodney Hale; four daughters, Nadas Drew, Charlotte Hale, Bonnie Vincent and Debbie Freeman; two brothers, Shaw and C.C. Hale; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
