Velma Oleta Hendrickson, 74, a Kooskia native died of causes related to age Sunday night at the Orchards Villa Nursing Home at Lewiston.
Mrs. Hendrickson was born to James R. and Susan Gustin April 5, 1913, at Kooskia. Prior to moving to Omak, Wash., in 1925, she lived with her family at several different locations in the Northwest. She attended schools at Riverside, Wash., located near Omak.
On Nov. 28, 1934, she married Clarence Patridge at Omak. They later were divorced. She married N. D. Hendrickson at Omak June 30, 1951. They were divorced in 1966. In 1968 she moved to Lewsiton, where she lived until her death.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Partridge of Lewiston; two brothers, John Gustin and Ralph Gustin, both of Omak; a sister, Elva Jones of Omak; two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers.
The body will be cremated and a service will be held at Omak at a later date. Vassar-Rawis Funeral Home at Lewiston is in charge of the arrangements.
The family suggests memorials may be given to the Multiple Sclerosis Society in care of Louise LaVoie, 1326 Third St., Clarkston.
