September 1717 is a midpoint estimate for birthdate, knowing that she was born between Apr 20, 1717 and Apr 19, 1718. She died in her 39th year, meaning she would be 39 at next birthday.

Secondary Source:
Births, Baptisms, Marriages and Deaths from the Records of the Town and Churches in Mansfield, Connecticut 1703-1850, Susan W. Dimock, 1898
This source provides confirmation of the 8 children and their birthdates listed above, but it incorrectly lists a 9th child who was a child of the second marriage. This source also identifies the mother of these 8 children as Hannah, not Sarah, which is consistent with what is on her headstone. Samuel's second wife was Hannah Walker and one of his children was named Hannah, which can lead to some confusion.
