Rebecca J. "Betty" Harris, 86, of Elkview passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008 in CAMC Memorial Hospital.
She was retired from Flecher Enamel in Dunbar and a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and the formerly the Quick United Methodist Church.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer L. Harris; parents, Joseph and Emma Jones Harper; granddaughter, Susan Harris; sisters, Elizabeth Libby Aab, Freda Cunningham, Ruth Ashley, Opal Taylor, Effie Swiney, Lucille Harris; brothers, Eugene Harper,
Rev. Noble Harper.
She is survived by

Sons Jimmy Harris of Scott Depot
Donnie Harris of St. Albans
Terry Harris of Quick

Daughter Janet Harris of Medina, Ohio

Brother Walter Harper of Spencer

9 Grandchildren 11 Great Grandchildren

Service will be 11:00 am Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008 at the Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Davis officiating. Burial will be in Elk Hills Memorial Park, Big Chimney.
Friends may call from 5-8 pm Friday, Oct. 31, 2008 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, 4 Church Road Elkview, WV 25071.
