She has been twice married. Her first husband's name was Shepmire by whom she had four children. Her second husband was Ludwig Linebrink to whom four children where born. Her second husband has been dead several years.

Four children survive her who are Mrs. William Rath; Mrs. Michael Rath; Mrs. Randall, of Garrettsville, Portage county, O.; Mrs. S.A. Justice, of Stryker.
