Cecil Everett McDaniel, 63, of Route 1, Horse Branch, Ky. passed away August 8, 1978 in Owensboro, Ky. / He was born October 2, 1914 in Grayson County, the son of A. F. and Jessie Bratcher McDaniel, the husband of Louise Duggins McDaniel and a member of the Shiloh Methodist Church. / Survivors other than his widow include one son, Everett McDaniel, Frankfort, Ky., four daughters: Helen Backhers, Indiana, Carolyn Snow, Louisville, Betty Raley and Jan McDaniel both of Horse Branch, two brothers, Ivan McDaniel, Owensboro, and Alvin McDaniel, Illinois, four sisters, Mamie Payton, Illinois, Mary Veneza, Florida, Ana Belle Cooksey, New Concord, Ky. and Erna Murphy, Iowa, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
