Joseph Simpson "Jack" Maxwell loved to entertain. As a Shriner's Clown, he loved to make children smile. He would even bring a few of his silly little gadgets to show everyone at our Thanksgiving reunions. However, his most prized conversation piece was the pliosaur he discovered while digging for a septic tank. The dinosaur itself is still in the works, however, Baylor's Mayborn Museum has a couple of bones on display along with a life-size model hanging from the ceiling.
