Tulia, Texas — Louis Carl Bradley, 88, died Saturday, September 12, 2009 in Ruidoso, NM. Services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, September 15, 2009 in the LaGrone Funeral Chapel in Ruidoso, NM under the direction of LaGrone Funeral Home in Ruidoso, NM. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. The body will lie in state on Wednesday until service time at the funeral home in Tulia. Mr. Bradley was born December 2, 1920 in McCloud, (McLoud) OK to Jessie Price and Hattie (Duncan) Bradley. He was a farmer and a member of the Methodist Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife; Violet Marie Bradley, a son Kenny Bradley, a grandson; Kyle Murrell, a granddaughter; April Bradley and a brother; Homer Bradley.

Survivors include two sons: Waylan Carl Bradley of Amarillo and Lonnie Price Bradley of Ruidoso, NM, one daughter: Loretta Jean Pierce of Amarillo, one sister: Ada Riley of Truth or Consequences, NM, one brother: Melvin Bradley of Amarillo, and his companion: Joyce Allison of Ruidoso, NM, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous great, great grandchildren.
