George W. Esch - Funeral services for George W. Esch, 78 years old, of 399 South Sixth Street, who fell dead of a heart attack about 11;30 a.m. yesterday at Sixth and School Streets, will be held in his late home at 3 p.m. Sunday by the Rev. Holt Hughes, minister of the First Methodist Episcopal Church, with interment in Greenwood Cemetery.

Mr. Esch was born in Cambria County, September 9, 1857. He had been a resident of Indiana for 32 years and previously had been a farmer in Brush Valley Twp. He was affiliated with the First Methodist Episcopal Church.

Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Louisa (Miller) Esch; a son, Royal L. Esch, in the United States Army stationed at Pedricktown, N. J.; three daughters: Mrs. W. F. Yost, Altoonah, Pa.; Miss Hazel A. Esch, a teacher in the Vandergrift (Pa.) schools, and Miss Mary L. Esch, registrar of Indiana State Teachers College; three brothers: Joseph Esch and Perry Esch, both of Flinton, Pa., and John B. Esch, Spangler, Pa.; and two sisters: Mrs. M. C. Yearick, Flinton, Pa., and Mrs. John Sample, Clearfield, Pa.
