Inscription

All that remains today are bits and pieces of the original church foundation deep within the woods.

Surviving headstones were removed from these ruins of the churchyard at Petsworth Parish Poplar Spring by the A.P.V.A. and placed at Ware Episcopal Church. These are Rev. Emanuel Jones (1667 - 1739) and his son, John Jones (1692 - 1713), John Woods (1713 - 1769) and a worn stone believed to belong to Edward Simmons.
