Roy B. Mumma Dies
BREWSTER, March 28 – Roy B. Mumma, 60, died in the Brewster Community hospital Tuesday after a long illness. Born in Kansas City, Missouri, December 17, 1890, he moved to California as a young man and there was married to Bertha Gerig. They came to Brewster 32 years ago.
Surviving besides his wife, are three sons, Glenn, Ray and Don, all of Brewster; five grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Pendergrass and Mrs. Leota Watkins, both in Kansas; six brothers, George, Clarence, Arlie, Ray and Louie, all of Kansas, and Charles in New Mexico.
The body is at the Smith funeral home in Pateros, pending funeral arrangements.
