The funeral for James Kelley, 63 was Friday, Jan 12, at the First Baptist Church in Watonga. The Rev. Mark Watson officiated. Burial was in the IOOF Cemetery under the direction of Wilkinson Mortuary. He was born Dec. 3, 1932 in Watonga to Ivan A. and Lola E. Driever Kelley and died Tuesday Jan 9, 1996 at his mothers home in Watonga. He graduated from Watonga Highschool in 1950, then served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He later attended Oklahoma State University earning a degree in accounting, then went into private practice with his father. He worked in Denver, Colo., and Fairbanks, Alaska as an accountant for the federal government as a civilian for the Air Force. He also was in private practice for about four years in Brighton, Colo., before returning to Oklahoma where he was employed in the state auditor's office as an auditor and inspector. He was baptized into the Methodist church and was a member of the Repulican party. On Dec. 27, 1958, he married Deloras Arnold. They had three children. On May 8, 1993, he married Olga Tolstouchko at Las Vegas, Nev. During his latest illness, he lived with his mother in Watonga. Surviving are his wife, Olga, Oklahoma City; two sons, Douglas, Watonga and Roger, North Glenn, Colo.; a daughter, Heather Stolz, Fort Collins, Colo; his mother, Lola Kelley, Watonga and two granddaughters.
