Clifford Creech, 59, 119 N. Union St., died Wednesday, May 13, 1981, at his home.

He was born June 27, 1921, in Kentucky, the son of James and Mirtie Creech. He moved to Manchester, Mich., when he was 17, and in 1957 he moved to Peru.

Mr. Creech was employed by Essex Wire.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; four brothers, Clifton, his twin, of Camden, Mich., Lee Roy of Manchester, Mich., Clyde of North Liberty, and Ralph of Saline, Mich., and a sister, Christine, wife of William Craft of Onsted, Mich.

Services will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home in Van Buren, the Rev. Lewis Hathaway officiating. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery in Wells County. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1:30 p.m. Friday.
