HACKENSACK -- Laurel Forrest, 81, Hackensack, died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, at his home.
He was born April 2, 1917, in West Union to Thomas and Julia [Lathrop] Forrest.
He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of Union Congregational Church of Hackensack.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Sandra Meyer, Clarissa; a son, Tom Forrest, Hackensack; and a sister, Fern Puhr, Clarissa.
A son, James, five brothers and four sisters died earlier.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Union Congregational Church in Hackensack with the Rev. Merlin Schlichting officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery of Hackensack.
Friends may call at Northland Funeral Home in Pine River from 4-8 p.m. Sunday.
