She was born December 11, 1913, the daughter of Evan Sidney and Minnie Bell Waddell.
Juanita loved to be outdoors and tending her gardens.
She was a member of the Southport Church of Christ.
Juanita will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Patsy (Gordon) Krentz; as well as many friends and neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Joe Perdue and brother, Sidney Evan Waddell.
