Resident of Cibolo for 66 years
Funeral to Be Held Wednesday
Gustave William Stapper, 84, died Tuesday at his home at Cibolo. He was a native of Germany and had lived in the United States 76 years, 66 of which were at Cibolo. He served with the Confederate Army. He leaves four sons, Herman, William, Otto and Walda Stapper; two daughters, Mrs. Fritz Lieck and Miss Ann Stapper, all of Cibolo; two sisters, Mrs. August Pfeil of Cibolo and Mrs. George Schoeninger of San Antonio. Funeral will be held at Cibolo Wednesday afternoon.
