My great, grand uncle.
I don't believe he ever was married. He rests beside his parents, along with an unmarried sister, Edna.

He was a blacksmith, who worked at his father's livery stable in Emington, Illinois. I have pictures of him with the horses, which I will try to get posted when I can.

I have not yet discovered why he died so young. When I was very young, I remember his siblings talking about him fondly. His siblings were born starting in 1876, and continued until the late 1890's. The youngest siblings were still alive when I was young, and I can remember them speaking of Uncle Art.
But I was just too young to ask any questions, and now many years later, I wish I had.

Rest in peace dear Uncle Arthur.
