Mrs. Martha Marie Lashinski, 61, of 1044 South Twenty-first street, died at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's hospital where she had been a patient for one month.
She had been a Decatur resident all her life and was a charter member of the Trinity Lutheran church.
Mrs. Lashinski was born April 18, 1886 in Decatur, the daughter of August and Gottliebe Hendrian and was married to William Lashinski June 7, 1901 in Decatur. He died Nov. 8, 1937.
She leaves four children, Edward, Elmer, Norma and Laura Lashinski, all of Decatur and was preceded in death by a daughter, Leona. She also leaves one brothers, August Hendrian; two sisters, Mrs. August Agnus Bork and Mrs. Tillie Switzer and three grandchildren, all of Decatur.
The body was taken to the Moran funeral home.
