Gaylie Karen Green, age 65, passed away Jan. 19, 2007. She was born Oct. 30, 1941, in Salt Lake City, UT, to Edward Earl Smith and Eunice Arline Holder. Gaylie was retired from of The Value Clipper. She was a lifelong LDS Church members, and loved reading, ballroom dance, and traveling. An accomplished singer, she loved the Oregon Coast and waterfront walks. Gaylie is survived by her husband of 29 years, Vern Green; sons, Brett, Barry and Gordon Aurich; daughters, VeNicia Glanzer and VoNique Myers; two brothers, Gordon and Sterling Smith, and sister, Eunice Jones. She was predeceased by her first husband, Donald Aurich, as well as parents, Edward Smith and Arline Shoup; brother, Jackmer Smith and sister, Shirley McGinnis. A memorial service will be held at LDS Chapel, 14219 NE 49th St., Vancouver, WA, on Jan. 23, 2007, at 4:30pm.
