Mr. Cunningham was born in Caruthersville December 28, 1904, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cunningham. He lived all of his life here and operated a welding business.
He is survived by a son, Jack Cunningham of Memphis,; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Spinosa; two sisters, Mrs. Etta Danton of Osceola, Ark. and Mrs. Jane Sanders of Chicago and two half-brothers, Bill Keen and Lacy Keen of East Prairie.
