Helen L. Peterson, 89, of Philadelphia, formerly of San Diego, died Monday, Aug. 3, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard P. Peterson; granddaughter, Susan Lynn Williams Rodriguez; and brothers, Charles Babcock, Lloyd Babcock, L.D. Babcock and Russel Babcock.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Robyn and Stephen Williams of Philadelphia; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Julie and Todd Clower of Farragut; great-grandchildren, Megan Rodriguez of Austin, Texas, and Gavin Clower, Grayson Clower and Blain Clower, both of Farragut; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, in Kyker Funeral Home, Sweetwater. Funeral service will follow in the chapel, with Ted Clower officiating. Entombment will be at a later date in Glenn Abbey Memorial Park, Bonita, Calif.
