MARGIE ABBOTT
Mrs. Margie Abbott,72, of Devine, died February 1, 1981. She was a resident of Devine for 13 years and a former resident of San Antonio for 30 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Natalia.
Surviving are her husband, Clyde D. Abbott of Devine; a daughter and two sons; six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are sisters Mrs. Vernon (Frances) Robertson of Eagle Pass, Mrs. W. L. (Mary Bell) Magers of Con Can, and brothers, Charley Embrey of San Antonio, Joe and Arthur Lee Embrey, both of Hondo.
Services were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 4 at Sunset Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Kenney officiating. Entombment was in Sunset Memorial Park.
