"The remains of Lady Anna Maria Monsell were on this day conveyed for interment at the family burying place Kilkeedy. near Tervoe. The funeral cortege was very long one. It reached from the Mansion house at Tervoe to the churchyard, fully a mile and a half. Mr. Monsell and the members of the Dunraven family were the principal mourners. Over fifty Catholic and twelve Protestant clergymen, and citizens of all ranks and classes, attended the funeral, which was one of the largest seen in the county for the last fifty years."
