Funeral for Grace T. Glaze, 82, of South Morgan Health Care Center will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Service Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service and requests memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church of Decatur.
Mrs. Glaze died Monday at her residence. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband, William Cruther Glaze; one brother, Charles W. Thompson of Athens, and one sister, Clarita T. Young of Florence.
Pallbearers will be Henry Richter, T.L. Britt, James W. Dillard, Ronnie Poole, Jack Barnes and Phillip Street.

According to the Census of Limestone County, Alabama Grace Glaze was teaching in a public school
"Gracie's mother died on the same day that Gracie was born, according to census reports she and her widowed father lived with her grandparents James Roger and Maria C Wilson Thompson until her father re-married to Clara Viola Moyers, (my great aunt) she had 2 half sisters and one half brother.
According to the Lure and Lore of Limestone County, Alabama Gracie and William Crutcher Glaze had no children."
