All of the above is the standard stuff you find in an obit. I want to add a little more.

This is my very dear Mother. I miss her more than I ever knew I could. I miss talking to her and even more, listening to her. Every day that goes by and every minute older I get, I miss her that much more. Don't forget to tell the ones you love that you love them. They will be gone before you know it and it will be too late.
