Mrs. M. Gardner Taken by Death
Mrs. Myrtle Gardner, 83, widow of Charles S. Gardner, of 1230 Pal¬mer street, died Thursday morning at Memorial Hospital. Death was due to infirmities. She had been in poor health for the past several years.
Funeral services will be held at the Kribs Funeral Home at 2 p. in., Saturday, the Rev. C. G. Drake offi¬ciating. Burial will be in Pine Tree Cemetery. The body rests at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gardner was born Myrtle Johnson, daughter of Garner B. and Hester Jane Johnson, on April 5, 1868, in Marshall County, Indiana. She was married to Mr. Gardner in Corunna on October 29, 1924. She resided in Saginaw and Shiawassee counties most of her life. She lived in Corunna since her marriage.
She was a member of the Corunna Baptist Church.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews. .
