Judith Ann Faulkner, 67, of Wheelersburg, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 26, 2009, at SOMC Hospice. Judy was born December 11, 1941, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Edwin Andre and Odessa Riddlebarger Andre. Judy is survived by 1 son, Terry Hughes and wife Kandi, of Westervile; 2 daughters, Michelle Charles and husband James, of Portsmouth; Kelly Faulkner (David Scott) of Portsmouth; 2 sisters, Patty Chamberlin (the late Joe), of South Webster; Shelby Hughes and husband Miles, of South Shore; her grandchildren, Kevin Meadows, Jason and Tasha Hughes, Danielle Steele and Austin Clouse; her great-granddaughter, Sara Hughes; her aunt, Delores Jury, of Franklin Furnace; her uncle, Ben "Frankie" Riddlebarger, of South Webster; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter L. Faulkner; one brother, Gary Andre; one grandson, Justin Hughes, one nephew, Joey Chamberlin an aunt, Irene Pauley, and special friends, Melvie Cooper and Eugene Andre. She was loved by her children who will miss her greatly. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 30, 2009, at the Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with John Baker officiating, with burial at Vernon Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 5-8 P.M. and one hour prior to the services at the Funeral Home.
