Antonio C. Tapia, 87, of Eloy, died Nov. 14, 1998 in Casa Grande.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Valley Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Helen's Catholic Church by the Rev. Martin Martinez. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.

Mr. Tapia was born Aug. 20, 1911 in Mexico. He lived in the area 82 years and was a farm laborer.

Survivors include four daughters, Dora Rocha, of Casa Grande, Veronica Rocha and Sylvia Tapia, both of Eloy and Lisa Rivas, of Chandler; seven sons, Tony Jr., of Buckeye, Gabriel R., of Glendale, Paul, Andy, Christopher and David, all of California, and Daniel R., of Prescott; three brothers, Ernest and Frank, both of Casa Grande and Jesse, of California; 28 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
