Mrs. Cooper, a native of Norfolk, was the widow of Charlie L. Cooper. She was a member of Ferebee-Halstead Memorial United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth M. White of Norfolk and Norma L. Whitaker of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons, Arthur F. Frank of Norfolk and Conrad R. Frank of Virginia Beach; a sister, Martha E. Angelo of Baltimore; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 27-great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Arthur Knauer. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
