Charles Edward Roosa, 64 years of Findlay, formerly of Peebles, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay. He was born in Latham, on March 3, 1945, the son of the late Charles W. and Esther (Beekman) Roosa.
He is survived by his wife, Judith (Shiner) Roosa, of Findlay, whom he married on June 5, 1998; two brothers; two sisters, both of Mt. Gilead; one step daughter; several nieces and nephews; and two step grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday, August 17 at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home in Peebles, with Dave Hopkins officiating. Burial followed in Mound Cemetery in Piketon.
