LOCKHART, GLENDA SUE JOHNSON age 61 of Clinton passed away Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Methodist Medical Center. She was a member of Farmers Grove Baptist Church and employed with Walmart in Powell. She was preceded in death by parents, George & Louise Bowling Johnson; sister, Peggy Jean Johnson.
Survivors husband, John Lockhart of Clinton, TN; aunt, Ruby Cox of Clinton, TN; brother-in-law, Jim Merritt & wife, Ellen of Bentonville, Arkansas; several cousins, nieces & nephews and host of other relatives & friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 from 6-8PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00AM at Farmers Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Joe Copeland officiating. Interment will follow in the Farmers Grove Church Cemetery. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements.
