Elizabeth Beebe was a daughter of David Beebe and Abigail Dibble.

As a child, she moved with her family to Frederickstown, Dutchess County (present-day Putnam County), New York.

She married Silas Marsh on 10 May 1792.

Mother of thirteen children.

In 1794, Mrs. Elizabeth (Beebe) Marsh lived in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York where her husband worked as a lawyer. By 1798, they had removed to Auburn, Cayuga County, New York where they lived until 1808.

Resident of Junius, Seneca County, New York in 1810.

The family moved to [East] Bloomfield, Ontario County, New York in 1812 where Silas Marsh died in May 1820. His widow continued to live on in [East Bloomfield] until after 1830.

In 1840, she was probably living in Brockport, Monroe County, New York with her daughter, Delia Augusta (Marsh) Field.

In 1842, she removed to Mumford, Monroe County, New York.

In 1850, she was a visitor or temporary resident in the home of her son Henry Beebe Marsh in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.

Resident of Mumford, Monroe County, New York in 1855, together with her daughter Delia Augusta (Marsh) Field.

By 1860, Mrs. Elizabeth (Beebe) Marsh was living in Rochester, Monroe County, New York where she spent her final years, ultimately residing with her daughter Sophia (Marsh) Clark at 119 Monroe Avenue.
