Millicent was preceded in death by her father, husbands Edward Emerich and William Farrand.
Survivors include husband Walter, daughters Judith Anne, Millicent Olive, and Edward Peter Emerich, Susan Mary, Patricia Carolyn and Edythe Amy Farrand, numerous grand and great-grandchildren, brother William Farrand, and numerous brother's and sister's in law.
Millicent's ashes will be buried in same grave of her beloved husband Edward Clement Emerich.
