Rites At Morgan For Mrs. Zelma Blume, 72

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoepner Funeral Home in Morgan and at 2 p.m. in St. John's Lutheran church there for Mrs. Zelma Amelia Blume, 72, a native of Redwood county. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Blume died suddenly following a stroke Sunday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Menk, in Morgan.
Zelma Lussenhop was born July 2, 1885 in Paxton Township and was married to George P. Blume at Morton, September 19, 1906. They were the parents of a son and daughter.
They farmed north of Morton until 1947 when they moved to Morgan where Mr. Blume died in 1950. Mrs. Blume had made her home with her daughter since then. She was a member of St. John's ladies aid.
Survivors are her son, Irvin C. Blume of Las Cruces, N.M., and Mrs. Menk (Lois, five grandchildren, one great grandchild; two brothers, William and Carl Lussenhop of Redwood Falls; and three sister, Mrs. Hans (Ella) Sieber of Franklin; Mrs. Albert (Frieda) Grass of Owatonna and Mrs. Lawrence (Irene) Revier of Waubun.
