Mrs. Miller was the widow of George Miller and a daughter of the late Ephraim Whitmer, being the last surviving member of the Whitmer family. She was a woman of the highest Christian character and for 45 years had been a faithful member of Mill Creek Church of the Brethren.
Nine children survive. They are: John S. and Joseph W. of Port Republic; Luther I., Marborne, Mo.; Dr. E. W. and H. T. of Waynesboro; Herman C., Lynchburg; and Charles E. Miller, of Penn Laird; and Mrs. J. W. Showalter, of Weyers Cave, and Mrs. Maggie Hoover of Timberville.
Funeral services will be held from Mill Creek church Wednesday morning at eleven o'clock, the Rev. Samuel Pence and the Rev. Homer Miller officiating.
The pallbearers will be George Argenbright, Ben Rodeffer, Charles Morris, Joe Beckone, O. H. Saufley, Charles Hinkle, Charles Cline, and Herman Michael.
