MARLOW, Jr., Joe Howard, 53, of Hillsboro, Tenn., died Thursday, June 6, 2002, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Joe Howard Marlow, Sr. and Louise Dawson Marlow, of Hillsboro. He was a farmer. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rebecca Swanson Marlow, Hillsboro; two children, Alicean Joy Marlow and Joe Howard Marlow, III both of Hillsboro, three sisters, Rebecca Marlow Stevens and Brenda Givens, both of Crossville, Tenn., and Julia Henson, Hillsboro, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Sunday, June 9, 2002, Brother Bill Adams officiating. Burial was at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Temple Baptist School or Hillsboro Homecoming Park. Coffee County Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
