The Otsego Farmer
Miss Hannah Saxton
Miss Hannah Saxton, aged 60 years, died at the residence of her father Monday of this week. She had been an invalid most of the time for forty years. It is eight years since she has been able to eat the table with the family. She was troubled with a disease of the head, but her mind was clear. She was a member of the M.E. Church from her youth. Mrs. Smith had watched constantly with her and her father since her sister's death six months ago.
Mr. Wm. Grover and wife of Afton, are in town, attending the funeral of her sister. WE spent an hour very pleasantly chatting with them. Mr. S. N. Saxton, the father of the deceased, and the only one remaining of the household, is eighty-four years of age.
