NIAGARA FALLS - Christine Doty, of Buffalo died Sunday in the Center for Hospice Palliative Care Cheektowaga. She was 80.
Born Christine Thompson in Carrollton, Ga., she lived in Niagara Falls for several years prior to moving to Buffalo in 1969.
Mrs. Doty had worked in several area hospitals and nursing homes, including Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Her first husband Elvin Westmoreland died in 1969.
Survivors include her second husband Norman Doty; two daughters, Beverly Geltz and Anita Kcuik; a son. Allen Westmoreland; a sister, Evonne Goldan; and two brothers, Delmer Thompson and Siroun Thompson.
Services will be in Carrollton.
