Jobe has been discribed to me as being "light of frame, boweled legged, thin face, mustache, and a tough old bird."
In his older age he would have dinner at his children's homes on different days of the week. Aunt Mabel told me he lost his left arm soon after he was married in a thrashing machine on a farm in Medford. Uncle Bert told he lost his arm at the elbow while working at a saw mill on Kings Hiway in Haddonfield. He did work for Bell Brothers Lumber Yard in Haddonfield at some time. He did work on farms around Vincetown, Buddtown, Crossroads and Medford in his younger years. TFA
