Mrs. Ida Lee Fetter Herp, 84, of 3221 Grant Ave., died at 2:30 a.m. Monday at Parkway Medical Center. Survivors include two sons, Cletus E. and Sherl L. Fetter, and six grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Name Catholic Church, 2914 S. Third St., with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. The body is at Ratterman's, 2815 S. Fourth St.
