Mrs. Elsie Fischer Hart, 86, of 4147 Scott Ave., died at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony Hospital. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Thornsberry and Mrs. Ethel Pierce; two sons, Julius L. Jr. and Howard W. Hart, 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 3929 Poplar Level Road, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The body will be at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Road, after 7 p.m. Sunday.
