Mrs. Louise Buery Buried at Morton
Rites for Mrs. Louise Buery, 65, a resident of Morton during all of her life, were held Sunday at the Methodist Church there with Rev. Paul Bard of Redwood Falls, officiating.
Mrs. Buery died suddenly at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Orin Todd in Ava, Mo., where she had been visiting. Mrs. Buery had been ill for ten days with a heart ailment.
Pallbearers at the service were Harold Buscho, Sam Buscho, Ambrose Dallenbach and James Clancy of Morton, Albert Fischer and Fred Stegner of Redwood Falls. Interment was in the Morton cemetery.
Mrs. Clifford Engeman and Ruth Fisher of Redwood Falls sang.
Louise Scheer was born July 30, 1877, at Morton, the daughter of Dora and Henry Scheer. She was married to Henry Buery on May 14, 1894, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Buery was a member of the Methodist church until 1935 when she joined the Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving are two sons, Raymond Buery of Morton and Ralph Buery of Nampa, Idaho, and three daughters, Mrs Orin Todd of Ava, Mo., Mrs. Frank Harsen of Lakeville and Mrs. Milton Larsen of Morton. There is also one brother, Henry Scheer of Redwood Falls.
Relatives and friends who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. John Blilie and Viola, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Fisher and son, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stegner, Mrs. Fredericks Wolff, Mrs. Clifford Engeman and Ruth, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hoepner, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Fisher, all of Redwood Falls, Mrs. Ida Zielsdorf and Phyllis and Mrs. Mary Roper of North Redwood, Mrs. L. C. Dodds and Mrs. A. Dickmeyer of Franklin, Rev. and Mrs. Paul Bard and Henry Scheer of Redwood Falls.
