Marc was born on August 31, 1956 at St. Louis, Missouri to Thomas W. Stout, Jr. and the late Ann (Thrasher) Stout. He was a graduate of Sullivan High School, class of 1974.
Marc honorably served his country with the U.S. Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. After his discharge, Marc lived for a time in Oklahoma where he worked as a pipe fitter. He later became disabled which caused his early retirement.
He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Marc was active at one time at the First Presbyterian Church in Sullivan and participated in several of the youth mission trips to the Southwest.
He is survived by his father Tom Stout of Sullivan; one brother Matthew Stout of Leslie, Missouri; a brother-in-law Gary Graeser of Sedalia, Missouri; nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends.
Marc was preceded in death by his mother, Ann Stout and a sister, Cheryl Graeser.
Memorial funeral services, with full military honors, were conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 from the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan. Arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home.
