Otto Snyder, 62, of Piketon, died at 9:30 p.m. at Pike County Hospital where he had been a patient for eight days.
The Piketon native was a veteran of World War II, member of the mason and retired food service manager of the Cleveland State Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Shambarger Snyder; a son, Guy Scott Snyder; and two daughters, Mrs. Cora Alice Nichols and Mrs. Gayle Sue Wisniewskim all of Cleveland; two sisters, Mrs. Faye Steiner of Portsmouth and Mrs. Minnie Wills of Columbus; four brothers, Leslie of Piketon, Thomas of Fairborn, Bill of Dayton, Oscar of Springfield and two grandchildren.
Services are to be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Howe Funeral Home here with burial in Mound Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Sunday.
