STUARTS DRAFT -- Mrs. Ada Lillian Shaner, 73, died at 7:35 a.m. Saturday (July 18, 1964) Waynesboro Community Hospital.
Mrs. Shaner was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. She was the widow of Samuel E. Shaner, who died March 28, 1964.
She was born on Jan. 28, 1891 in Waynesboro, a daughter of the late Francis Wellington and Elizabeth Ann Brown Hiserman.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Carroll (Judy) Grove of Waynesboro; three brothers, O.H. Hiserman and O.L. Hiserman, both of Charleston, W. Va. and C.O. Hiserman of Waynesboro; and two granddaughters.
The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the Etter Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Karl Maier. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Carle Coiner, Edward Coiner, Wesley Coiner, Boyd Shaner, Francis Shaner, F.R. Hiserman Jr. and William E. Shaner; honorary, Homer Henkel Sr., W.T. Bradley, Donald McClure, Moffett Black, Ernest Coiner, Casper Coiner, E.W. Barger, George Coiner, R.E. Hodge, Harry Coiner, Hugh Coyner, Charles May Jr. Ralph Weaver and Guy Stump.
