Mrs. Pearl McWhorter, age 83, resident of Vaiden, died of internal hemorrhage August 6, 1994 at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. She was a homemaker and a member of Vaiden Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Bessie Welch of Vaiden, two sons, ... and Fred McWhorter of Irving, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, August 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Winona with the Rev. Leon Holly officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery in Choctaw County.
Oliver Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
