Joyce Cribbs Glisson McFarland (1927-2012)
James 'Jim' Leighton Cribbs (1929-1985)

Manie's youngest son was left in the care of his paternal grandparents until her widowed husband married on 28 March 1932 to his widowed housekeeper. His housekeeper had been caring for the two older children. The children were raised by Martha 'Mattie' Thompson Cribbs until Frank & Mattie's divorce in 1939. When Frank died in 1940 his children went to live with Manie's older brother Jesse Harney Crews. Mattie retained the Cribbs name.
