Mr. Billy Gene Frizzell, age 63 of Crockett, passed away Monday, July 20, 2009 at his residence. Mr. Frizzell was born January 11, 1946 in the Butler Hospital in Crockett and was a resident of Crockett for the past 36 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Frizzell was a retired truck driver and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Crockett.
Survivors include his wife of 43 Years, Betty Frizzell, of Crockett; children Carla Frizzell, of Latexo, Trish Hardy and husband Mike, of Crockett, Philip Frizzell and wife Bobbie Jo, of Latexo and Deidra Taylor and husband Rodney, of Crockett; grandchildren Paige Hardy, Ashlee Frizzell, David Taylor, Haylee Frizzell, Randell Holcomb, Carson Hardy, Johnny Taylor and A. J. Frizzell; sister Dian Brock, of Lufkin; mother Pauline Britt, of Huntington; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Preceded in death by his father Joe Babe Frizzell.
Funeral Services for Mr. Billy Gene Frizzell were held Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Assembly of God Church in Crockett with the Rev. Bob Thompson and the Rev.
