Mildred Chelap Maravich, 93, of Chambers Hill, died Wednesday, July 22, 2009 in her home.
She was a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, Oberlin.
Mildred was the widow of Samuel Maravich, Sr. and she was preceded in death by a son, Samuel Maravich, Jr.
She is survived by two sons, her loving son, Ronald "Les" Maravich and his wife, Paula M., with whom she resided, and Myles Maravich of Shippensburg.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St., Steelton with Very Rev. Stavrofor Srboljub Jockovich, officiating. There will be no public viewing or visitation.
Burial will be in Churchville Cemetery.
